NB's Jonsson: credit growth future hinges on AQR outcome

The forthcoming asset-quality review will provide a huge uplift for European credit growth, according to Neuberger Berman’s co-head of global fixed income, Jon Jonsson.

Jonsson, who joined the asset management firm in August, discusses how the overhanging risks in the market will be eased by the European Central Bank’s efforts to understands what is on banks’ books.

In addition, Jonsson, who recently oversaw the launch of an absolute return fund, also outlined why tapering won’t happen in the near term.
